At Pet Centar, we want your furry friend to look their best in our fashion collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure the clothing is free of pet hair and signs of wear.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
